Data protection, Cyber-threats, Work from home and Dominican Republic reality

Data protection in teleworking is a great challenge that requires a continuous and united commitment between employers and workers. Given the implementation and imminent permanence of this new modality, we describe the preventive measures necessary to create a culture of cybersecurity. Likewise, we analyze the fundamental rights that may be compromised and the major litigation issues applicable to data protection under the light of the Constitution, the Laws, and the Labor Resolution 23/2020 on the regulation of teleworking as a special work modality.
